Montessori Preschool
What is Montessori?
Stemming from Maria Montessori's groundbreaking work, the Montessori method revolutionizes education by placing the child at the center of their own learning journey. For more than a century, this approach has been backed by scientific observations, ensuring its effectiveness in early childhood education.
Within the nurturing environment of St. Joseph Montessori Preschool, children are empowered to make their own choices, fostering their creativity and individuality. Our dedicated teachers and thoughtfully designed classrooms provide a range of age-appropriate activities, serving as gentle guides in the learning process. Through the Montessori method, your child will cultivate a strong sense of independence, develop empathy towards others, and ignite a lifelong passion for acquiring knowledge.

Preschool Atrium Teacher
At St. Joseph Catholic School, religious education begins as early as preschool through our beautiful Atrium program. Guided by Teacher Mary, our preschoolers learn about God’s love in a hands-on, age-appropriate way that nurtures wonder and reverence.
Yesterday, our preschool students celebrated Christmas and the Epiphany with a joyful procession, reflecting on the birth of Jesus and the journey of the Magi. The celebration was made even more special with a visit from our pastor, Fr. Herrera.
We are grateful for the faith-filled experiences that help our students grow spiritually from their very first years at St. Joseph.
