Our St. Joseph Legacy Golf Tournament has been established with the purpose of raising funds to support the academic success and developmental growth of our students.
A strong legacy doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built by people who show up, give back, and believe in something bigger than themselves. Since opening its doors in 1964, St. Joseph has been blessed by countless individuals who helped shape our school into what it is today. Each year at the St. Joseph Legacy Golf Tournament, we shine a light on one of those individuals through our Legacy Spotlight, honoring the lasting impact they’ve made on our school community.
For our 2026 tournament, we were honored to shine our Legacy Spotlight on Father Richard Sedlacek, whose lasting contributions continue to shape the heart and future of St. Joseph Catholic School.
Another Tee-rific Day!
We’re still riding the post-tournament high from our 2026 St. Joseph Legacy Golf Tournament, and what a day it was! Mother Nature certainly kept us on our toes, delivering a little bit of everything, from wind and rain to sunshine that had us peeling off layers, and then right back to rain again. Then we enjoyed the blessing of an amazing rainbow as we ended the afternoon with a great prize banquet and some wise words from Father Richard.
Through it all, the energy, camaraderie, and commitment never wavered.
To our incredible sponsors, golfers, and volunteers—you truly are the heartbeat of this tournament. Your flexibility, positivity, and willingness to roll with the elements made the day not only successful, but genuinely memorable.
We’re grateful to share that this year’s event generated a gross total of $25,195, with $13,603 in net proceeds supporting important safety and security enhancements at St. Joseph Catholic School. Your support allows us to continue making thoughtful, much-needed improvements that benefit our students and staff every day.
Rain or shine (or a little bit of both… and everything in between!), this event continues to showcase the strength and spirit of our community, something truly worth celebrating.
